In May 2022, to better reflect the company's strategic layout and core business positioning while further strengthening its brand image and corporate value, "LONGi Solar" officially rebranded itself as "LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd." This move underscores the company's unwavering commitment to fulfilling its corporate mission: "Harnessing the Power of the Sun to Create a Green Energy World."
By integrating "Green Energy" into its name, LONGi reaffirms its dedication to advancing renewable energy solutions, particularly through its dual focus on solar photovoltaics and hydrogen energy. This strategic evolution aligns with global decarbonization trends and highlights LONGi's ambition to lead the transition toward a sustainable, low-carbon future.
As early as 2018, LONGi had already set its sights on the hydrogen energy sector, establishing its subsidiary LONGi Hydrogen and consistently ramping up investments in R&D for green hydrogen technologies. By leveraging solar power to produce environmentally friendly "green hydrogen," LONGi's approach not only aligns perfectly with its long-standing commitment to sustainability but also positions the company at the forefront of driving a new wave of transformation in the global energy industry.
The LONGi Hydrogen Energy Exhibition Hall serves as a vivid showcase of LONGi's hydrogen energy business endeavors. This hall functions not only as a technical exchange platform for the hydrogen energy industry but also as a popular science hub for disseminating hydrogen-related knowledge to the public.
This project was entrusted to Shanghai Lankai Exhibition & Display Design Co., Ltd. for its planning, design, and implementation. Unlike conventional corporate exhibition halls, this project encompasses not only the exhibition area but also incorporates distinct functional zones such as meeting spaces and leisure areas. To ensure a well-organized and harmonious overall ambiance, the project adopts a unified theme centered around "hydrogen," with the "hydrogen" element consistently integrated throughout, thereby guaranteeing a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
The reception lobby space should not only retain its conventional reception functions but also serve as a platform for introducing LONGi Green Energy and showcasing its photovoltaic products. On top of fulfilling these dual roles, the lobby must also convey a sense of transparency, comfort, and aesthetic appeal to visitors.
To achieve this, we adopted a semi-partitioned display design in the glass area at the lobby entrance. This approach not only maximizes the available exhibition space but also preserves natural lighting to the fullest, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Additionally, we utilized the existing wall space by incorporating decorative elements and three-dimensional lettering to present content in a more natural and engaging manner, effectively setting the stage for visitors as they transition into the hydrogen energy exhibition area.
The business and leisure space employs an indoor landscaping design approach, allowing nature to permeate every corner. The ceiling, resembling an open sky, harmonizes beautifully with the lush greenery below, creating a captivating interplay of natural elements. The wooden decor complements the fresh and inviting bookshelves, infusing the entire area with a lively and dynamic ambiance. This design not only resonates with the theme of clean energy but also offers visitors a delightful and relaxing retreat.
Stepping into the hydrogen energy exhibition hall, visitors are first greeted by an engaging educational section on hydrogen and hydrogen energy. Here, the characteristics and advantages of hydrogen and hydrogen energy are vividly presented, akin to an immersive classroom experience.
Moving forward, the exhibition traces the centuries-long evolution of humanity's exploration and application of hydrogen energy, showcasing the remarkable transformations and milestones achieved over time.
Subsequently, the focus gradually shifts to the present-day applications of hydrogen energy across various fields, along with an in-depth exploration of LONGi's strategic advantages and innovative solutions in the hydrogen energy sector.
On the electronic sandbox display, we can observe the complete production, energy storage, transportation, and application processes of the hydrogen energy industry chain, offering an in-depth interpretation of its development and breakthroughs.
Within the Möbius strip, we imbue it with the dream of infinite cycles and eternal continuity—a journey that begins in nature and returns to it, allowing clean energy to serve as the bridge that connects aspirations and propels humanity toward a more distant and brighter future.
In the panoramic cinema, we further elaborate on the future of hydrogen energy and the shared future world of humanity by integrating insights into the international landscape, national strategies, and LONGi's core philosophy.
From leveraging its accumulated semiconductor technology to spearheading a technological revolution in the monocrystalline silicon wafer sector, from reinstating monocrystalline technology as the mainstream choice to formally proposing the transformation of Earth's ecology through solar energy technology, and further to venturing into the green hydrogen energy industry, LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has journeyed alongside the evolution of the photovoltaic sector. It has not only chronicled the industry's transformation but also propelled the large-scale adoption of clean energy, contributing significantly to the realization of genuine carbon-negative development.
As the chief designer and implementer of this project, Shanghai Lankai Exhibition & Display Design Co., Ltd. has also delved deeply into the new energy sector for over a decade. Through a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the enterprise, the company has tailored the project to align perfectly with the industry's positioning and the enterprise's needs. Its professional dedication and meticulous construction quality have garnered widespread recognition from multiple stakeholders.
